Refund policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or you were sent the wrong item. 
• Customer or personalized pieces are final sale. 
• Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. 
• If an item arrives damaged, customers should email me within 48 hours with photos.
